Mickey and Minnie

Anderson and Callie had their 2 year birthday party on Saturday-complete with a Mickey and Minnie theme, sloppy joes, sno-cones, cupcakes (Callie didn't eat hers but have no fear Anderson took care of it!), a bounce house and of course good friends!

July 27-31 (finally)

What a busy weekend!  Grandpa came into town on Thursday.  We picked him up at the airport, saw his plane pull up and tried (a few times) the escalators for the first time!  We had our first mini birthday party with Grandma and Grandpa on Thursday night for Anderson and Callie, which I have no pictures from because they are stuck on the desktop that won't boot up.  Friday we hung out and went out to dinner.  Saturday we went to the Farmer's Market in the morning and ate tons of yummy treats.  Saturday afternoon we played in the pool and then Granny and PopPop arrived!  They met Liam for the first time and fell in love-like we all have!  Saturday night we all had dinner together.  Sunday was Liam's baptism (see post).  Monday morning Grandma and Grandpa left.  Tuesday night we had our second mini birthday party complete with ice cream cake!  Wednesday morning Granny and PopPop left and we immediately headed out on our first walk alone!  And it went well!  We also ditched the highchairs (we were waiting for all our visitors to be gone since we only have 4 kitchen chairs) and are in booster seats!  I let the kids pick where they wanted their booster seats and they both picked as far away from where their high chairs were as possible!  Since then we've survived our first few days alone!  Now to do three days/nights with only mom!  Dad is gone in Texas!

Liam's Baptism

Slowly but surely I'm getting pictures up from last weekend.  Now that Grandma's gone I have the kids to myself during the day which doesn't leave a lot of spare time!  Not to mention our new computer is a Mac and I need to reacquaint myself with all the commands.  Anyways, here are pictures from Liam's Baptism Day.  He was baptized at the 11:00am service by Dr. Pat Day at First United Methodist in Shreveport in Ange's family gown.  Which means Dad and Liam are Team Methodist while Mom, Anderson and Callie are Team Lutheran!  We had a lunch here to celebrate afterwards.  Grandma, Grandpa, Granny, PopPop and our closest friends (our AF family) were all here to celebrate with us.
