Mohawk

Ask and you shall receive! Yesterday at snack I told Liam he was getting a haircut when Dad got home. Anderson piped in and said he wanted a mohawk. So I told him to ask his Dad. Dad said yes and here we are! Anderson sat the stillest and did the best he's ever done getting this haircut! It's fun to see how this little haircut has changed his personality! He's super confident and has more spring in his step!

My Favorite Pics from Grandma's Camera

Pooh Jail

In an attempt to not be on our phones so much and focus more on each other, the kids and the dogs we created a little jail! And since it's an old wipes tub with Pooh Bear on it we're affectionately calling it "Pooh Jail." So the next time you're over your phone may need to go to Pooh Jail-at least while the kids are awake:)

Grocery Shopping

Wednesday the kids wanted to go on an adventure so I made them picture grocery lists to use while pushing their little carts on our trip. They did awesome and I think they had fun too!  Bringing Mrs. Scott Kindergarten teacher back! P.S. We also saw Billy the Exterminator while we were there!

Liam's 1st Day of School aka MDO

Today was Liam's first day of school.  He wasn't feeling very photogenic so we did the best we could.  Big brother and sister went with me to drop him off and he was doing fine until we left.  His teachers said he was fine a minute later.  And he had a great report when I picked him up.  My favorite part of the day happened on the drive to school.  Anderson was talking to me about me being all by myself, I guess he also had this conversation with Dad.  He was quite worried about me and whether I could handle being alone.  So he said to me-Mom, there will be people on your errands.  You won't be alone. And I said, You're right there will be.  He then said, They will say hi to you.  So I asked him what I should do if they say hi to me and he said, say hi.  And as soon as I picked him up he asked if people said hi to me.  Sweetess. Boy. Ever

Key West and Our Last Night

We spent Friday in Key West and I really wish we would have had more time there.  But we enjoyed our day to the fullest!  Now the picture at the Southern Most Point doesn't really show it but we had a good time.  And sadly the only picture of all of us from the whole vacay is at the table with George's head cut off and Dad's blocked.  Guess we better go again!  Great trip everyone!  and P.S. One day Grandma, Grandpa, Uncle Josh and David went fishing and they caught a shark! A big shark, like 250lbs!

More Beach and a BiPlane Ride

Thursday was another beautiful day so right after breakfast we headed to Sombrero Beach, a few blocks from our house.  Anderson was totally Grandma's buddy-beach walking, swimming, riding on her in the pool while she wore her snorkel gear-best buds!   Callie was game to hang out with who ever and Liam was attached to me.  That afternoon the original 4 Boettger's head out for a short biplane ride.  It was really smooth and totally awesome to see everything from above, including our house!  It's the white roof below the green space and above the red roof.

Dolphins and The Beach

Wednesday finally brought some good beach weather! We spent the morning at Dolphin Research Center, headed home for lunch by the pool (at which point Anderson was stung by a wasp!), a swim, and then headed to the beach where there was lots of playing! Anderson and Callie feel asleep on the way home but not Liam, so he jumped in the pool to do some more swimming and have a snack!
