This morning we went searching for our Christmas Tree. We got to the nursery and they weren't open so we went down the road to HEB to wait it out. Surprise, surprise they had trees but who gets their tree at HEB?! We went back down to the nursery and the trees were terrible so back to HEB it was to snag the beautiful tree we had seen! We spent the rest of the afternoon decorating the tree before we headed to Johnson City to see the lights.
We went to Fort Worth for the night so that we could see Lylah perform in the Nutcracker. It was a great show! After her performance we met Ms. Rebecca and Mr. Matt at the Stockyards for dinner. After dinner we walked around a bit and Liam decided he needed the restroom. No public restrooms could be found so I asked a sheriff. He then escorted Liam and I into the coliseum where there was a rodeo going on. Talk about a special bathroom trip. Sunday we visited the 6th Floor Museum and JFK site, did a little shopping and had a yummy lunch before heading home.
