Charleston Tuesday-Thursday

We've spent the last few days in Charleston busy, busy, busy.  Liam had his first frozen yogurt after smiling nicely at family pictures, it took him a minute to decide that he did indeed like it.  We've had a work day at home while the kids played and did stickers.  We also spent a morning at the Low Country Children's Museum, which was really busy so we only stayed a couple of hours but it was fun.  And Liam decided to spend an evening in the ER.  We went to urgent care where he was diagnosed with an ear infection but because of his high fever and rapid heartbeat (200+ and it should be between 80-120) they sent us to the local pediatric ER.  Once there he seemed to be back to normal, how do I know this-he immediately started flirting with his nurse!  They did an EKG on him, which came back fine and send us on our way saying the fever was caused by the ear infection and his rapid heartbeat was because of the fever and him screaming/crying.  We have an appointment next week with our regular doctor to have everything checked.

SC Aquarium and PopPop's Birthday Dinner

Monday we got up bright and early and headed to the South Carolina Aquarium. We had a great time looking at all the animals and matching the pictures of the fish posted to the fish swimming around!  After the aquarium we headed to A.W. Shucks for lunch.  While there Liam found an entire table of high school girls to flirt with!  Boy, did they love him.  I tried to get Anderson to help me take a sneaky picture of them and their legs are all we got!  Monday evening we headed out to celebrate PopPops 60th birthday at a super yummy fondue place while Maribeth's sister and brother in law babysat the 4 kiddos.  David and I gave PopPop his favorite Cheetos-in three bag sizes and an extra large remote that glows in the dark!  Yay for turning 60!  Happy (late) Birthday PopPop!  We topped the night off with carrot cake curiosity of Maribeth.

Easter

Easter morning we got up and took it easy getting ready because we went to the late service at PopPop's church. The kids went to the nursery during service (where Liam was moved up a room because he was so on the go and Anderson asked to go to the potty on the potty chair and did so-can we leave him there for the week and pick him when he's potty trained?) at the end of service we snuck out and grabbed the kids so the could hear PopPop play Widor.  They loved it and even got to go up in the choir loft so they could see PopPop!  Next was an egg hunt, followed by Easter lunch and then the kids Easter baskets from Granny and PopPop!  Happy Easter!
