Since Closing in Minot (LA and the Grandparents)

Thursday, December 1st we closed on our house in Minot and headed for Grandma and Grandpa's in Andover. On Friday, December 2nd we saw Santa Claus! That went over like a lead balloon! Both kids cried and screamed and the picture is quite funny! I don't have access to a scanner right now but as soon as I do I'll post the picture for all to see! Saturday, December 3rd David and I headed out to California! We spent our time in Los Angeles and Santa Barbara. I went to the Ellen Show, with my friend Kerry, for her 12 Days of Christmas Give Aways. I got a wii and 3 games, a Google Chrome Laptop, and $1500 in Target gift cards! Our show featured Hillary Swank and the host from X Factor. Once we were done taping our segment we were asked to stay and record part of another show featuring Lady Gaga! David had more tattoo work done while we were out there and now has a half sleeve! We enjoyed our vacation but were sure happy to get back to see the kiddos! Anderson and Callie spent our vacation at Grandpa and Grandma's! They had lots of fun! One night they went to the tree lighting in Anoka where they saw the Grinch and took a sleigh ride! I can tell they had a great time considering it took them a few minutes to warm up to us when we got home! While we were gone it seems the kids changed so much! They just seem like toddlers now! Anderson has become an "official" kid by choosing to not eat the crusts on his toast, bread or sandwiches anymore! Where did he pick that up?
