Grandma and Grandpa flew in the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. The kids and I picked them up at the airport and when Callie saw them she went running! After about 4-5 steps she stopped, I think that is the moment she realized she wasn't holding my hand like she was supposed to be! Anyways, we had tons of fun with them! Thanksgiving morning we went to grocery store to get gravy-I forgot to get it and David grilled the turkey so we didn't have drippings to make any. Thanksgiving dinner was yummy! That night after a little work outside the Christmas lights went on and they look wonderful! Grandma, David and I also did a little Black Friday shopping that night. Grandma and I also headed out for a bit Friday morning. Saturday morning the kids woke up to their first Christmas of the year thanks to Grandma and Grandpa. We all had a wonderful time opening presents and playing with all the new toys! That night we headed out to the American Rose Society to walk through the lights. Sunday we did all the fun activities Grandma brought in her suitcase-paper tree sticker decorating and cookies! Grandma also gave Anderson and Callie the stockings she cross-stitched for them-they are beautiful! Thanks for a great visit! We love you!
