Homemade Yogurt

A couple weeks back we were sitting at the breakfast table and the kids started wondering how yogurt was made.  Interesting-especially since we weren't eating yogurt that morning!  Being the teacher that I am I whipped out my laptop and we started watching you tube videos.  By the end the kids were convinced we needed to make our own!  After seeking counsel from a dear friend who does lots of homemade stuff and gathering our supplies we were ready to go!  Fast forward a week and a half and we actually did it!  Liam and Callie helped a little but Anderson was there and helping every step of the way!  He had a good time and was quite proud when it turned out!  And I admit I was surprised it worked on our first try!  He's eaten it quite a few mornings-proud little guy!
