Miss Melissa

My bestie, Melissa, was in town again this past weekend. Friday night I picked her up in San Jose and got to see a peek of San Pedro Square (restaurants and bars) before we headed home. Saturday morning we hung out before heading off to girl day!  Our first stop was lunch and wine at Garre. From there we headed to Cedar Mountain Vineyard for a tasting and snacks. Then it was off to being pampered for a few hours with massages and facials-so relaxing! From there we headed to Double Barrel and Pour Bar for more wine and apps. It was such a nice day! Sunday we were going to head out again with just the two of us before I brought her to the airport for her 1pm flight but the kids were feeling bummed that Miss Melissa and I got to go do stuff without them and wanted to go with us. So we made a little change of plans and went on a nice hike at Brushy Creek right here in Livermore! The hike was beautiful and we only got rained on the last 5 minutes!
