Alameda Beach

Saturday we decided to go to the beach. We went to Alameda because we'd heard it was nice and close. Close true, nice maybe not. When we got there it was low tide so you had to walk through muck to get to the water. Anderson and David braved it while the rest of us played in the sand. After a few hours the tide came up and it wasn't as "gross." So we walked out over all the moon jellies (I thought they seemed more like sea snot!), some of us more bravely than others! The boys and I stayed out to catch moon jellies while Callie and David headed to the sand. After awhile David and I traded places. It was shortly after that that I noticed my feet and legs were green! So outta there we were! I love the beach but this one just didn't do it for me so well need to make it back to another one before we go! We ended our night with homemade pizza and a movie!
