Exploratorium

Saturday was a rainy, rainy day here in California but we decided to head into the city anyhow armed with our rain boots, rain coats and umbrellas. The plan was to visit a few smaller museums that we can get into free with our Sciport Membership from Lousisana, however it wasn't until we were crossing the Bay Bridge that I realized I had forgotten our pass! Time for a new plan!  We decided we'd spend the day at San Francisco's Exploratorium. It was amazing! Probably one of the best museums I've ever been to! Aside from $71 last lunch for 4 hot dogs, fries, drinks and 2 brownies! Anyways, after 5 hours at the museum we headed out and drove over the Golden Gate Bridge-something the kids have been wanting to do. We'll have to do it again though because we couldn't see much because of the weather. From there we headed to dinner (where the kids got to make their own lemonade) and to ice cream. Neither were good or bad, just ok so we probably won't visit them again but with so many eateries to choose from its really no big deal.
